Specifically, we disclaim any and all warranties, including without limitation: any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy or content of information, products or services.
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Customer specifically acknowledges the service is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customers.
Neither the service nor any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the service.
Charmed by a Cause jewelry is not intended for children under the age of twelve.

Order Confirmation:
Once an order is submitted it begins processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are submitted if they are personalized. However, please keep in mind that orders may take up to 7- 14 business days to process before they are shipped. Custom charms take longer and we will let you know delivery per the scope of your project. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after placing your order. You will receive an additional e-mail notification once your jewelry has shipped.
Shipping:
All jewelry is shipped and insured via USPS (United States Postal Service.) All items are insured at their full retail value. All deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. Charmed by a Cause does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Orders over $200 ship free.

Will any information about the jewelry arrive with my order?
All jewelry that has been created for a specific cause comes with a card featuring information about the organization. The cards are printed locally on 100% recycled paper.
Return policy:
We want you to love your purchases, so if you are not satisfied with your purchases in any way, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. All custom orders or personalized pieces are final sale. All items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Please contact Charmed by a Cause at info@charmedbyacause.com for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns will not be accepted without a RA Number. Items must be in new and unused condition, and Charmed by a Cause reserves the right to refuse return if condition is deemed unacceptable. Customers must pay return shipping and are responsible for the package until it reaches the Charmed by a Cause studio. Upon receipt, we will provide you with a refund for the full amount excluding shipping costs.

Repair policy:
Every customer is allowed 5 days from receipt of goods to report items damaged as a result of shipping. Please contact us at info@charmedbyacause.com or 646-541-1927 to obtain an RA number for your return. Any box shipped to us without this number will be refused. If an item of ours should need repair, we will be happy to repair it if possible for up to one year at no charge.
