Shipping/Returns:

All orders are shipped and delivered via UPS and USPS on business days only (Monday-Friday) Excluding holidays. At this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery. CBAC ships within the Continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska. We do not ship internationally at this time. CBAC does not ship to PO boxes. All orders are shipped complimentary ground. All orders are custom made in NYC; please allow 5-7 business days before your order is shipped.
Expedited orders (2nd Day and Next Day) are shipped 5-7 business days after your order is processed. Shipping cost is calculated before checkout on our website. If you are in need of a rush order please e-mail us and we will try and accommodate you.

All jewelry is shipped in our signature recyclable gift box. Each piece also comes with a card featuring information about the non-profit that is chosen at the checkout. Gift cards are also included if requested.

Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchases, so if you are not satisfied with your purchases in any way, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt. All custom orders or personalized pieces are final sale. All items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Please contact Charmed by a Cause at support@charmedbyacause.com for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns will not be accepted without an RA Number. Items must be in new and unused condition and Charmed by a Cause reserves the right to refuse a return if the condition is deemed unacceptable. Customers must pay return shipping and are responsible for the package until it reaches the Charmed by a Cause studio. Upon receipt, we will provide you with a refund for the full amount excluding shipping costs.
